Position responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
Support project setup, planning, and execution across multiple concurrent research and data science initiatives.
Support resource allocation and administrative coordination for research infrastructure (e.g., data access, compliance).
Maintain project tracking systems, documentation, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
Assist in maintaining the data procurement and fulfillment pipelines used by Reset Tech EU and its partners.
Support the evaluation of project outputs, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to protocols.
Partnership & Vendor Management
Support the onboarding and coordination of new research partners and data suppliers.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, manage communication follow-ups, and track partner deliverables.
Help maintain relationship management systems and documentation for ongoing partnerships.
Internal Engagement
Help organize internal knowledge-sharing sessions and shared documentation repositories, and support colleagues in understanding the status of the technical infrastructure and research projects.
Option to be involved with programmatic technology work, such as supporting the creation of newsletters and websites.
Your profile
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations, preferably in a research, data, or nonprofit context.
Demonstrable knowledge or experience of data science research workflows or data-oriented projects.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
Experience managing partner or vendor relationships.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with global collaborators.
High level of cultural competence and ability to work effectively across time zones and diverse teams.
Familiarity with digital platforms, data research tools (e.g., RStudio, social listening tools), media ecosystems, or technology and democracy issues is a plus.
Fluency in English required; additional European languages a plus.
